Producer Training Workshop at Asha — Building Skills, Confidence, and Community
Asha recently conducted a producer training workshop that brought together our artisan partners to learn, share, and grow together. The session focused on strengthening skills, improving product quality, and building awareness of market needs — while also inspiring confidence and leadership among producers.
More than a training program, it was a space of encouragement and collaboration. Artisans exchanged ideas, discussed challenges, and discovered new ways to enhance their craft with pride and purpose. The workshop reinforced the spirit of Fair Trade — dignity, respect, and opportunity for every maker.
